
Kaimana brand identity
Kaimana is a commercial communications agency born from the merger of four creative studios, bringing together a diverse set of expertise under one brand. The name Kaimana comes from the Hawaiian language and translates to “power of the ocean” – symbolizing both clarity and strength. It reflects the agency’s mission to craft impactful, valuable communications that resonate and endure.
My role was to lead the brand concept and visual identity design, shaping a unified look and feel that reflected the new agency’s collective strengths. I was responsible for developing the visual identity, designing and packaging the brand into a comprehensive brand book, creating custom illustrations, and planning the overall direction for brand photography to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
The result was a bold, versatile identity that captures the spirit of collaboration and creativity at the heart of Kaimana.
